Job summary

MegaKC seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead quality efforts on a major wastewater treatment construction project. This role is focused on building quality standards, processes, and systems that will shape the future of our company.

You will oversee quality planning, inspections, testing, and documentation, and collaborate with operations, field leadership, owners, engineers, and subcontractors to drive continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction quality, QA/QC, or related experience.
• Heavy civil, water/wastewater, or industrial construction experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and process development skills.
• Someone who enjoys creating systems, solving problems, and making a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead project quality planning, inspections, testing, and documentation.
• Develop and implement company-wide quality processes and standards.
• Partner with operations, field leadership, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
