Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead on-site quality efforts for a power generation project in Cayuga, IN. This role requires an on-site leader who can hit the ground running with a lean team and independently oversee all quality inspection activities.

You will develop, implement, and enforce quality plans and ITPs, ensure compliance with ASME codes and client requirements, and serve as the primary liaison between contractors and the client to drive successful

Qualifications

• Active Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.
• Strong ASME code knowledge.
• Power plant experience.
• Experience as QCM or leading project quality programs -- min one project.
• Experience developing and executing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Extensive inspection background: Welding & structural, concrete & soils.
• Ability to perform inspection activities independently.
• Experience liaising between contractors, clients, and project teams.
• Experience managing quality personnel and driving corrective actions.

A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) who can hit the ground running from day one on a power generation project in Cayuga, IN. This individual will serve as a lead quality resource on-site with a relatively lean team and must be capable of independently executing and overseeing all quality inspection activities with minimal support.

Must Haves:

• Active Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification
• Strong ASME code knowledge
• Prior power plant experience
• Previous experience as a QCM or leading project quality programs -- min one project
• Experience developing and executing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
• Extensive inspection background, including: Welding inspections Structural inspections Concrete and soils inspections
• Ability to perform and inspection activities independently/doesn't need micro management
• Experience serving as the liaison between contractors, clients, and project teams
• Experience managing quality personnel and driving corrective actions
