Mesa Labs is seeking a Manager, Quality Control in San Diego to lead the QC team, implement procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance across products and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Control, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Quality Control with 2–3 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (Six Sigma, Lean).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the quality control team to drive performance and growth.
• Develop and implement QC procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee QC testing and inspections, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with ISO, FDA, and internal standards; manage audits.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to embed quality throughout manufacturing.
