Job summary

Mesa Labs, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist III to lead QA and compliance initiatives across products and processes. You will oversee audits, champion regulatory adherence (FDA, ISO, GMP), and drive process improvements.

With a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of QA experience, you will mentor teams and report findings to senior leadership while ensuring quality and safety across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Life Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and compliance strategies to meet regulatory standards.
• Oversee complex audits of products, processes, and systems.
• Serve as SME on regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, GMP).
• Identify and drive quality/process improvements.
• Develop and oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Provide leadership and training to QA teams; mentor staff.
• Prepare and present detailed quality metrics and audit reports.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
