Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; work experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 7+ years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in cGMP laboratory testing and major instrumentation.
• Ability to interpret data and make compliance decisions.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Control team and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Schedule and allocate testing resources and instrumentation.
• Conduct laboratory investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Provide timely testing results and notifications for aberrant results.
• Coach and develop team while maintaining ALARA radiological exposure levels.
• Lead daily huddles and track KPI progress.
