Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or related field; an equivalent combination may be considered
• Certified Software Tester (CSTE) and QA Institute (QAI) preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software QC with test case development for multiple apps
• Experience in professional services; experience writing project test plans and QC strategy
• Experience managing test case repositories and regression testing

Responsibilities

• Define and document test plans, identify test stages and guide execution
• Administer test environments and coordinate with IT Desktops and Operations
• Develop, run, maintain and manage manual functional test cases
• Execute automated functional test cases when required
• Provide QC metrics and status reporting to project managers and stakeholders
