Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily work direction and prioritize workload.
• Direct team members to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
• Create movements and transactions in SAP.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and Kaizen events.
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
• Spend 90% of time on the floor and 10% behind the computer.
