Standard Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Manager for West Tennessee to lead the QC department, ensuring top-quality, safe practices and compliance with state and federal regulations. You will collaborate with sales and operations to support product quality and customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, frontline coaching, and the ability to mentor lab technicians while maintaining Lab safety and QA standards across multiple facilities in the region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years experience in quality control preferred.
• 2+ years experience managing a staff of 2+ employees.
• Geology engineering or technical degree may substitute years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to develop and sustain a safety, integrity and quality-focused team.
• Lead QC team in safe production and ZERO incidents.
• Maintain QC/QA processes to meet state and federal requirements.
• Communicate KPI and cost-control information across business lines.
