Apollo Technical is urgently seeking a Quality Control Supervisor in the Charlotte, NC area. This full-time, direct-hire position comes with a salary range between $75k and $90k, along with benefits.

The role involves leading the Quality Team, ensuring compliance with safety standards, mentoring team members, and managing inspection activities. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with welded products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadman or supervisory experience over teams of 3 or more employees.
• Ability to use a tape measure and apply construction and machining math to complete inspections.
• Desire to learn and continue developing knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture through coaching and training.
• Manage team performance including timecards and performance reviews.

Skills

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Familiarity with welded metal fabricated products

Tools

ERP software (Epicor experience a plus)
