The ideal candidate has 6+ years of management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and a strong background with MEP/HVAC systems, BAS, and phased construction in clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of management experience in related projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Experience in medical office, hospital, or university settings is preferred.
• Experience managing complex MEP/HVAC systems and phased construction.
• Familiarity with scheduling, estimating, and project management tools like eBuilder and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Direct third‑party contractors, union labor, and external consultants on site.
• Maintain technical oversight of physical plant systems including BAS, HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Oversee phased construction in medical and university facilities with minimal disruption.
• Utilize project management and estimating systems such as eBuilder and Primavera.
• Ensure compliance with FGI, ICRA/ILSM guidelines during construction activities.
