You will supervise QC personnel, coordinate overtime, train staff, and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues and uphold customer standards. Join a team recognized for delivery and quality, with strong safety and career development

Qualifications

• Experience supervising Quality Control personnel.
• Ability to coordinate overtime and coverage in QC.
• Strong training and development skills.
• Analytical problem solving and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication with production and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC inspectors and lab technicians to maximize efficiency.
• Supervise Quality Control personnel.
• Coordinate overtime and vacation coverage in Quality Control.
• Train and develop Quality Control staff.
• Assist inspectors in providing feedback to production.
• Support Quality Engineers with problem solving and reviews.
• Communicate product standards and customer expectations to plant personnel.
• Maintain lab procedures and equipment and Lab Manual.
• Reduce non-conforming castings.
• Interact with customers to improve quality and goodwill.
• Lead resolution of quality-related issues.
• Complete maintenance PMs on QC gage equipment.
• Develop own methods to achieve results with minimal supervision.
• Supervise QC team evaluations and disciplinary actions.
