Job summary

Electronic Recyclers International (ERI) in Fresno is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead our QC team and ensure material and process conformance to customer and certification requirements.

You will own audit-ready QC records, drive NCR/CAPA actions, and partner with Operations, Logistics and EHS to fix root causes while tracking quality metrics to push continuous improvement. This is an on-site role at our Fresno facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QC/QA experience in an industrial environment.
• 1+ year leading or supervising a team.
• Strong experience with inspections, documentation, and NCR/CAPA processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word, plus sharp attention to detail.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop our Fresno QC team.
• Inspect and verify material and processes against customer and certification requirements.
• Own audit-ready QC records, nonconformance reports, and corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, Logistics, and EHS to fix issues at the root.
• Track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
