You will document test results, generate discrepancy reports, and support corrective actions while collaborating with the production team. The role emphasizes experience with electronic assembly processes, ERP systems, and technical drawings, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and quality control plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a quality inspector.
• Strong understanding of electronic assembly processes, SMT, and through-hole technologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production tracking tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, D365 and ShopVue preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Carries out testing and inspection of raw materials and products at different production stages.
• Registers test data and inspection information to support quality decisions.
• Prepares product discrepancy reports.
• Handles rejected lots and determines final disposition.
• Captures information for control charts to support preventive/corrective actions.
• Stops production when quality risk is detected.
• Assists in transferring products for new introductions or transfers.
