Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or compliance auditing within secure transport, law enforcement, corrections, or similar government contracting environments.
• Deep understanding of federal government contracting compliance, detainee transport standards, PBNDS, and DOT fleet safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to create compliance checklists, perform root cause analysis, write audit reports, and manage CAP tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine QA audits of transport routes, vehicle fleets, holding facilities, and field personnel.
• Monitor adherence to ICE/PBNDS, DOT regulations, and state security mandates.
• Audit fleet maintenance logs, vehicle safety inspections, and driver records.
• Identify deficiencies, investigate non-compliance, and implement corrective action plans.
• Review SOPs and detainee custody protocols to ensure consistent quality and risk mitigation across regions.
• Generate monthly quality reports and performance metrics for leadership.
• Collaborate with supervisors to train personnel on compliance standards and QA methodologies.
• Serve as lead during official government compliance reviews and external audits.
