GardaWorld Federal Services LLC is seeking an experienced quality compliance leader to establish, monitor, and enforce standards for secure detainee transport operations across Texas, with limited operations into New Mexico and Oklahoma. You will audit field operations, fleet maintenance records, and security protocols to ensure full alignment with federal regulations and contractual requirements.

Travel up to 50% and collaboration with government auditors will be essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or compliance auditing within secure transport or government contracting environments.
• Preferred degree in Quality Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of detainee transport standards, PBNDS, and DOT fleet safety regulations.
• Ability to create compliance checklists and write audit reports.

• Conduct routine and unannounced quality audits of routes, fleets, and staff.
• Monitor adherence to ICE/PBNDS, DOT, and state security mandates.
• Audit maintenance logs and safety checklists for readiness.
• Identify non-compliance, investigate, and implement CAPs.
• Review SOPs and detention protocols for risk mitigation.
• Generate monthly reports and compliance metrics for leadership.
• Train supervisors on compliance standards.
• Lead contact during government inspections and audits.
