Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Quality Control Technician to perform routine tests on raw materials, in-process components, and final products in a manufacturing setting in Georgia. You will conduct compressive strength tests, participate in pour inspections, and support the pipe production crew.

The role requires a high school diploma, quality control experience, and ability to obtain ACI/PCI certification within 3 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Quality control experience in related industry preferred.
• ACI/PCI Certification preferred or required to pass ACI Concrete Field Testing within 3 months.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read/write simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily compressive strength testing of hardened concrete specimens.
• Perform daily pre/post pour inspections on products.
• Monitor production operations as required.
• Assist pipe crew with patching, setup, and pouring of products as needed.
• Report process improvements and quality concerns to management.
