Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality control experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• HS Graduate; AA degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Gives direction and improvement recommendations for quality processes.
• Ensures compliance with quality control standards.
• Monitors quality processes and writes reports.
• May conduct quality training programs for technicians and production staff.
• Mentors quality and line staff and facilitates problem solving.
