A leading manufacturing company in the Lancaster County area is seeking a Quality Control Leader. This role involves ensuring quality systems requirements for the second shift, developing a team of quality inspectors, and managing the internal audit schedule related to ISO 9001. Ideal candidates will have an Associates degree or relevant experience in a high-volume foundry or machined cast environment, alongside strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Prefer an Associates degree in Business or relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a high volume foundry or machined cast products operation.
• Comfortable working in a foundry environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Quality Systems requirements for the second shift.
• Help develop and manage a team of quality inspectors.
• Conduct RCA for defective material and process non-compliance.
