Job summary

BioTalent is seeking a qualified professional to lead and coordinate internal and contract laboratory testing activities in our California QC group. The role includes supervising and training team members, monitoring shipments and deadlines, and ensuring cGMP compliance across cross-functional projects.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a scientific field, plus 4+ years in the life sciences sector, with supervisory experience and strong report-writing abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is required.
• Preferably 1 year of life sciences industry experience in QC or an analytical lab, including 1 year in supervisory role.
• Experience writing reports, procedures, and specifications.

Requirements:

• +4 years of experience

• Preferably at least 1 year of life sciences industry experience in QC or an analytical laboratory, including 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience writing reports, procedures, and specifications.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements, regulatory audits, and the drug development process.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
