Seaman Corporation is hiring a Quality Control Lab Technician to join our Wooster, OH operations team on a 24/7 schedule with a 4:3 rotation. You will test materials, log results, and support QC processes under the QC Supervisor.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year related experience; proficiency with Oracle, Lab Tracker, and data entry tools is preferred. This is a night-shift position with growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Typically one year related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently.
• Specific vision abilities including color vision.

Responsabilidades

• Operate QC Lab during shift safely and efficiently.
• Test and inspect materials at production stages to meet specs.
• Log data, prepare reports, and coordinate with Shipping and Inspection teams.
• Use Oracle Lab Release, Lab Tracker, and Map 4.0 for data entry and tracking.
• Promote Lean Sigma initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work area.
