Job summary

The Arkema Group in Ringwood, IL is seeking a Quality Control Laboratory Technician to support operations by analyzing and ensuring raw materials, production batches, and shipments meet quality specifications in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include calibration verifications, lab housekeeping, SAP data entry, batch testing, and assisting with process improvements. Requires a High School Diploma with related experience; familiarity with ISO quality systems and GMP preferred.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, or equivalent, with related experience.
A basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Experience with SAP or other quality management software.
Experience with ISO quality management system.
GMP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures and guidelines.
Be available to cover off shifts for vacation coverage.
Perform calibration verifications as scheduled (daily/weekly/monthly).
Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and chemicals; restock as needed.
Enter batch test results into SAP and review records for release.
Test raw materials and in-process products per work instructions; input results.
