Summary

The Quality Assurance Lab Technician I provide assistance for the Quality Assurance laboratory with various Quality initiatives.

Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in obtaining supplies and calibrating equipment
• Analyzing production samples and raw material samples for physical and chemical characteristics
• Investigates quality and production issues including customer complaints per supervisor requests
• Prepare samples for internal and external customers as requested
• Maintains quality production records in a timely manner

• High School or GED desired
• Two (2) years’ Manufacturing or Lab experience, a plus

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
