Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a laboratory setting.
• Proficiency in English: written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operates lab testing instruments for moisture/solids, protein, fat and pH.
• Maintains safe, sanitary handling of instrumentation and area.
• Ensures raw milk and finished products meet specifications and safety standards.
• Performs daily quality audits and data entry for reports.
• Calibrates instruments, records results, and communicates findings to supervisors.
