Job summary

ARDEX Americas is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Supervisor for our Center Township, PA facility. The role oversees daily lab operations, leading QC Technicians, ensuring materials meet specifications, and maintaining accurate records.

The position is full-time, on-site at the Aliquippa headquarters, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-site parking. The candidate should have QC/lab/manufacturing experience, prior supervision, and familiarity with lean Six Sigma concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum completed high school diploma with applicable work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Travel up to 25% to other ARDEX QC locations in the United States.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laboratory testing of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Supervise and schedule QC Technicians to support consistent testing workflows.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of test data and QC records.
• Ensure all lab activities follow established quality procedures and SOPs.
• Manage nonconforming product processes, including timely review and release of quarantined material.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe laboratory environments.
• Oversee calibration, maintenance, and inventory of laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate and verify retesting activities.
