Job summary

ARDEX Americas is seeking a CHEMIST I to join our R&D team at our Center Township, PA facility. You will work on product development, formulation science, and laboratory testing alongside experienced chemists and engineers.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, data integrity, and collaboration across departments. Ideal candidates bring a science degree, lab internship or experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to apply data-driven problem solving in a fast-paced construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with lab or materials experience.
• Ability to learn laboratory testing methods and follow procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, testing, and evaluation of product formulations.
• Conduct laboratory investigations of raw materials and finished products.
• Record data, observations, and test results accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment and equipment.
• Support safety and quality standards in the lab.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, ChemicalEngineering, or another scientific discipline
