Qualifications

• Enrollment in a bachelor’s program for at least two years (Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or similar).
• Must be a full-time student at an accredited four-year college or university.
• GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of English; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate process inputs/outputs using statistics, Python, JMP, and SPC/SQC concepts.
• Update and maintain quality documentation for manufacturing control points.
• Design and develop offline quality-related parts to improve inspection efficiency and safety.
• Support cell manufacturing toward ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
• Use lab equipment (CT Scanner, SEM, Keyence microscopes) to gather data.
• Other duties may be assigned.
