Job summary

Cadillac Asphalt, a CRH Americas Materials Company, is offering a Quality Control Intern opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to asphalt and aggregate QC within heavy highway construction. The role emphasizes testing, data entry, and understanding mix specifications in a safe, productive lab setting.

You will work with QC Technicians, learn density control, and participate in ethical reporting while developing an understanding of pave processes and IRI reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of HMA production processes.
• Learn quality control methods and reporting procedures.
• Assist with testing materials and calibrations in a safe environment.
• Input test results into lab and remote systems and communicate findings clearly.
