Qualifications

• Reliable with good verbal and written communication.

• Welding knowledge preferred.
• Must have a Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pre-employment physical/drug screen, background check, and E-Verify.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a team.

• Assist with moving materials throughout the shop and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand product requirements.
• Measure dimensions, examine functionality, and compare final products to specifications.
• Resolve quality-related issues promptly and participate in problem solving.
• Verify container parts and dimensions match drawings within tolerances.
• Perform leak tests and other quality tests per client procedures.
• Inspect appearance and workmanship of units post-painting for proper finish.
• Verify welds meet client codes and procedures.
• Support audits and coordinate with internal and external customers.
• Follow safety and quality procedures at all times.
• Lift up to 75 lbs and wear PPE as required.
• Complete forklift certification as needed.
• Work scheduled shifts and hours as assigned.

The successful candidate will monitor the quality of incoming and outcoming products or materials as well as production procedures to be a firm advocate or quality for the client. Assist with moving materials throughout the shop as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing products or materials, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Assist with moving materials throughout the shop as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand product and service requirements.
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare final products to specifications.
• Resolve quality-related issues promptly, participating in or leading problem-solving efforts.
• Verify that container parts and dimensions match drawings within allowable tolerances.
• Perform leak tests and other quality tests according to client procedures.
• Inspect overall appearance and workmanship of completed units post-painting to ensure acceptable paint/stenciling.
• Verify all accessible welds meet applicable weld codes per client-specific procedures.
• Support audits and coordinate with internal and external customers.
• Follow basic safety and quality procedures at all times.
• Lift objects up to 75lbs while adhering to safety protocols.
• Wear proper PPE such as safety glasses, earplugs, and steel toe shoes.
• Complete forklift certification as required.
• Work scheduled shifts and hours as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications.

• Experience conducting leak tests and quality inspections (preferred).
• Welding knowledge (preferred).
• Must have a Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
