Job summary

GA Telesis, LLC in Medley, Florida, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to uphold high quality standards within our Landing Gear Services MRO. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of Quality Control Inspector experience.
• Knowledge of FAA 14 CFR Part 145, EASA requirements, and OEM manuals.
• Strong documentation and communication skills; attention to detail.
• Able to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed visual, dimensional, and NDI inspections of landing gear components.
• Inspect incoming, in-process, and final products for compliance.
• Verify repair orders, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and traceability.
• Record inspection findings and corrective actions.
• Conduct audits and quality checks during repair processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:\<\/h3\> \

• Perform detailed visual, dimensional, and non-destructive inspections (NDI/NDT) of landing gear components and assemblies\<\/li\> \
• Inspect incoming, in-process, and final products to ensure compliance with OEM manuals, work instructions, and regulatory standards\<\/li\> \
• Verify documentation including repair orders, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and traceability paperwork\<\/li\> \
• Accurately record inspection findings, discrepancies, and corrective actions taken\<\/li\> \
• Conduct audits and quality checks throughout the repair process\<\/li\> \
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improveprocesses\<\/li\> \
• Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed\<\/li\> \
• Maintain calibration status of measuring tools and test equipment\<\/li\> \

Qualifications:\<\/h3\> \

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required\<\/li\> \
• 1-2 yearsQuality Control Inspector experience\<\/li\> \
• Strong understanding of FAA regulations (14 CFR Part 145), EASA requirements, and OEM maintenance manuals\<\/li\> \
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) as well as basic mathematical skills\<\/li\> \
• Must be able to communicate effectively (oral and written)\<\/li\> \
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills\<\/li\> \
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications\<\/li\> \
• Possess strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills\<\/li\> \

• Previous experience with landing gear systems.\<\/li\> \
