Qualifications

• High school diploma; technical training in quality control is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing QC or inspection preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and weld symbols preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute quality inspections according to plans, procedures, and work instructions throughout production.
• Create and maintain inspection documentation, including checklists and measurements for traceability.
• Identify nonconforming material or processes and report issues to prevent release of nonconforming products.
• Inspect finished units for conformance to BOM specifications before delivery.
• Maintain inspection records with photos and measurements, organized by serial- and job numbers.
• Promote quality awareness across the production environment and communicate results.
• Perform final verifications to ensure products meet quality before shipment.
• Follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements during inspections.
• Support audits and supplier quality issues as needed.
