Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical quality certs are a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing QC or inspection preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Excellent organization and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar QMS.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and weld symbols is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure materials meet quality standards.
• Complete inspection checklists, reports, measurements, and documentation for traceability.
• Identify nonconforming material or processes and communicate issues promptly.
• Inspect finished units for conformance with BOM and release criteria.
• Maintain inspection records by serial and job numbers using QC software.
• Support quality awareness and training across production.
