Job summary

Curtiss-Wright – Middleburg Heights is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform documented inspections of materials and parts using precision measuring tools. The role covers First article, Receiving, In-process and Final inspections, with a focus on ensuring conformance to drawings, specifications, and data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of hands-on industrial and metrology inspection experience.
• Knowledge and experience within the field of Quality (ISO, Gage Calibration, Metrology, GD&T).

Responsibilities

• Perform documented inspections using inspection measuring and test equipment.
• Determine acceptance or rejection of material or parts per drawings/specifications.
• Maintain inspection/test records and reports with traceability.
• Coordinate with production/shipping on status of inspection results.
• Perform calibration of inspection/test equipment as required.
