Job summary

Trelleborg is looking for a Manufacturing Inspector to join our Minnesota facility. You will conduct inspections across departments to ensure product conformance and maintain thorough documentation.

This role emphasizes teamwork, clean room awareness, and continuous improvement using Lean methods. Typical hours are 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay range of $19–$24 per hour and competitive compensation plus paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Desired: Experience with clean room manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Inspects product to ensure compliance with specifications (visual, dimensional, functional, and physical testing).
• Performs all duties per work instructions.
• Completes required documentation.
• Verifies packaging and documents for shipping parts.
• Gathers data and tests for root cause analysis; drives continuous improvement.
• Communicates orally and in writing in a professional, courteous manner.
• Serves as a good team player.
• Uses Lean Enterprise methods to reduce waste and organize the work area.
• Keeps work area clean and safe.
• Assists with filing or scanning for QA Dept.
• Accurately scans processing records to computer files for archiving.
