Job summary

Trelleborg Medical Solutions, located near California’s Central Coast, is hiring Final Quality Control Inspectors for the 2:00pm–10:30pm shift. You will inspect medical device components to verify adherence to specifications and complete required documentation.

The role supports a lean manufacturing culture with a focus on continuous improvement. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 0–3 years in manufacturing, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Clear communication of ideas, information and direction.
• Commitment to meeting goals and deadlines.
• Willingness to improve processes and quality.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and Outlook usage.
• Understanding of work instructions and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to ensure product specification compliance (visual, dimensional, functional, and physical tests).
• Follow all work instructions and complete required documentation.
• Verify packaging and documentation for shipping parts.
• Gather data for root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate professionally, both orally and in writing.
