Job summary

Trelleborg in Delano, MN is seeking a manufacturing associate for the 2:00pm–10:30pm shift. You will inspect and test products to confirm specifications, document results, and prepare items for shipping in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, Lean Enterprise methods to cut waste, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Requirements include a high school diploma and 0–3 years in manufacturing; clean room experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspects products to ensure specifications: visual, dimensional, functional and physical tests.
• Completes required documentation per work instructions.
• Verifies packaging and documents for shipping parts.
• Gathers data and tests product/materials for root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Communicates clearly and works as a team player.
• Applies Lean Enterprise methods to reduce waste and organize work area.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Assists with filing/scanning for QA department.
• Accurately scans processing records to computer files for archiving.

Pay and Schedule:

• $19 - $24 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential
• Hours: 2:00pm - 10:30pm Monday through Friday

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Required: 0-3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
• Desired: Experience with clean room manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Conducts inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications. Inspections include visual, dimensional, functional, and physical testing on product from all departments.
• Performs all duties per appropriate work instructions.
• Completes required documentation.
• Verifies packaging and documents for shipping parts.
• Collaborates and gathers documentation or data, tests product or materials for root cause analysis, investigations, and drives continuous improvement activities.
• Communicates orally in a professional, courteous manner. Written communications should be clear and concise.
• Serves as a good team player.
• Uses Lean Enterprise methods to reduce waste and complexity in all processes and organizes work area.
• Ensures work area is clean and safe.
• Assists with filing or scanning for QA Dept.
• Able to accurately scan processing records to computer files for archiving.
