Job summary

Sonny's Enterprises Inc. - Conveyorized Car Wash Equipment Leader is hiring a Quality Control Inspector to ensure incoming, in-process, and finished parts meet all drawings and work instructions.

You will implement GDP and proper material identification to prevent nonconforming material from progressing without approval, ensuring customers receive correctly functioning parts. The role is hourly, with hours from 7:00am to 4:00pm and potential additional time as needed.

Qualifications

• GDP and proper material identification must be implemented to prevent nonconforming material from continuing through the process.
• Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T to verify conformity.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and finished product inspections.
• Maintain inspection records and calibration logs with GDP compliance.
• Coordinate containment actions for nonconforming material and communicate with purchasing and production.
• Plan and perform area-specific internal quality audits and 5S audits.
• Release materials only with proper sign-off and ensure GDP is followed.
