The role involves using calipers, height gauges, CMM, and automated vision systems to evaluate parts and identify issues with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or equivalent), basic computer skills, and up to 3 years of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; up to 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience operating precision measurement tools such as calipers, height gauges, CMM, or automated vision systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and technical inspections on manufactured parts to ensure adherence to quality procedures and specifications.
• Utilize specialized measurement equipment and run automated programs for accurate part evaluation.
• Identify quality issues, manage non-conforming materials, and elevate discrepancies to leadership promptly.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, IPC ESD guidelines, and proper hazardous material handling.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput and reduce costs.
