Job summary

Vergent Products is seeking a full-time Quality Control Inspector in Northern Colorado to inspect simple to complex Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs). You will work independently in a supportive environment using established procedures to produce flawless products and uphold our 0.021% defect rate.

You will safely assemble, test, and inspect electronics, ensure defect-free output for customers, manage your time to deliver on schedule, and contribute by making recommendations to improve

Qualifications

• IPC-A-600/610/620 certification preferred.
• Experience with complex machine assembly.
• Experience with cable and wire soldering.
• Basic understanding of flow lines.
• Ability to read and follow documentation with accuracy.
• Ability to work well on a team.
• Proactive attitude enabling organizing, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely inspect, test, and inspect electronic and electro‑mechanical products from written instructions.
• Ensure a defect‑free product is passed downstream by preventing workmanship or material defects.
• Manage time effectively to support on‑time delivery of product.
• Make recommendations to improve quality, increase productivity, manufacturability, or reduce cost.
• Operate complex machines or automated tools when needed.
