Job summary

Titan Circuits is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform comprehensive inspection on incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products. You will verify PCB assemblies and mechanicals against drawings and IPC criteria, using AOI, X-ray, microscopes, and metrology tools.

You will record results in ERP, generate NCRs, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to prevent defects and ensure traceability in a fast-paced PCB environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 workmanship criteria.
• 2+ years of quality inspection experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with X-ray inspection, AOI, microscopes, and documentation of nonconformances.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional, and workmanship inspection on incoming materials, in-process assemblies, first articles, and finished product.
• Inspect PCB assemblies and mechanicals to specified criteria and customer requirements.
• Record inspection results in ERP and generate NCRs or nonconformance documentation when required.
• Support MRB, re-inspection, containment, and feedback to Production, Engineering, and Quality.
