Job summary

C&C Piping LLC is seeking a Regular Full Time Quality Control specialist in Gilbert, AZ. You will oversee all quality control activities to ensure adherence to C & B standards on fabricated products, including welded parts, and verify customer quality requirements.

You will conduct inspections at defined intervals, read and interpret quality reports and work orders, and participate in process audits to identify deviations and defects while maintaining a safe work environment and complying with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient with measurement tools and quality inspections.

Responsibilities

• Check material according to current inspection standards.
• Perform material surface inspection and checks.
• Perform dimensional checks on fabricated, and welded parts.
• Perform process audits for process deviations and material defects.
• Create reference master part samples for current press run.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment per 5S standards.
