Job summary

Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector (Electrical/Mechanical/Rail) for a major airport modernization project in Dulles, VA.

This on-site, full-time role operates on a 24/7 rotating three-shift schedule as a temporary assignment for 2–3 years. You will inspect electrical and mechanical installations, witness tests, review documentation, and ensure contractor work meets drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, inspection, electrical construction, commissioning, or a related technical field.
• Must be willing and able to work a rotating three-shift schedule, including night shift.
• Ability to read construction drawings, electrical schematics, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections of construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Verify electrical and mechanical equipment installations, cabling, wiring, harnessing, and related infrastructure.
• Ensure contractor work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Witness testing activities and review inspection and test documentation.
• Document inspection results, deficiencies, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve quality issues.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause investigations.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and project documentation.
