Position Summary

Crescent Quality Control Inspector is responsible for monitoring Production / Operational processes to ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Regulatory & Customer standards in a Regulated cGMP Environment. They are responsible for cGMP compliance and recording daily quality inspection activities to ensure the manufacture of top-quality, conforming products against customer specifications.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Safety

• Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook – Doing It Safe
• Ensure a safe and well-maintained work environment throughout all work spaces, facilities, and surrounding areas
• Participate in Safety Sentinels and promote a Safety-First Culture

People

• Participate in Crescent talent processes such as selection, development, and recognition
• Train and mentor Quality staff, recognizing and developing their potential
• Foster a work environment where Crescent People are valued and can communicate, grow, and develop

Productivity

• Support and review material and workflow processes for Design Quality and efficiency
• Champion Crescent Culture and abide by policies and procedures
• Identify and support Continuous Improvement efforts
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including training successors for key responsibilities

Quality

• Support audits to Crescent QMS and ensure compliance with Quality Programs
• Participate in internal & external audits and visits
• Monitor and report on Quality KPIs
• Participate in Project Start Up for Quality considerations
• Support new production specifications and staff training
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives
• Perform batch record review and batch release as needed
