Position Summary

The Crescent Quality Control Inspector is responsible for monitoring production and operational processes to ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Regulatory, and Customer standards within a regulated cGMP environment. They are accountable for cGMP compliance and recording daily quality inspection activities to ensure the manufacture of top-quality, conforming products against customer specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Safety

• Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook – Doing It Safe

• Train and mentor quality staff, recognizing and developing talent to meet their potential

• Assist with internal and external audits and visits
• Monitor and report on Quality KPIs
• Participate in project startup to ensure quality considerations
• Support new production specifications and staff training for quality assurance
• Support lean manufacturing and 5S activities
• Review batch records and support batch release processes
