Qualifications

• 2-5 years in quality, production, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a 12-hour shift.
• Manual dexterity and sharp eyesight for product inspections.
• Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
• Commitment to safety (PPE: steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves).
• No minimum education required; experience counts.
• Familiarity with quality management standards and audit processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products during production to ensure quality standards are met.
• Raise and resolve quality concerns with other departments.
• Participate in regular quality-focused meetings to drive performance and gather feedback.
• Monitor KPIs and help shape the business' success.
• Document inspection, audit, and quality reports for customers and internal teams.
• Support audits (PCI, ISO9001, CQM) and maintain key certifications.
• Collaborate on root-cause investigation and corrective action teams.
• Communicate effectively with peers, managers, customers, and suppliers.
• Ensure safety policies, procedures, and PPE use are followed.
