Kelly is seeking a Quality Control Inspector in Chantilly, VA to inspect products during production, report quality concerns, and support audits to maintain certifications. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

The candidate should have 2–5 years in quality or production, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The shift runs 5am–5pm (12 hours) with competitive pay of $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in quality, production, or related field
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a 12-hour shift
• Manual dexterity and sharp eyesight for inspections
• Detail-oriented, goal-driven, eager to learn
• Commitment to safety (PPE: steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves)

Responsibilities

• Inspect products during production to ensure quality standards are met
• Raise and resolve quality concerns with other departments
• Participate in quality-focused meetings to drive performance and gather feedback
• Monitor KPIs and help shape business success
• Document inspection, audit, and quality reports for customers and internal teams
• Support audits (PCI, ISO9001, CQM) and help maintain certifications
• Collaborate on root-cause investigations and corrective actions
• Communicate with peers, managers, customers, and suppliers
• Ensure safety policies, PPE use are followed
