Job summary

[Waterstone Human Capital] Our client is a growing fabrication and metal manufacturing company seeking a QC Inspector to inspect and document material through each stage of welding. The role is on the fabrication floor, offering a path from welding/fabrication to quality control.

You will perform in-process weld inspections, verify compliance with standards and codes, track data, and collaborate with welders and QA/QC leadership to promptly address issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years welding or related field experience with basic QC inspection skills.
• Working knowledge of AWS D1.1 (Structural Welding Code - Steel).
• Strong attention to detail, math, and data-entry accuracy.
• Organized, computer-literate, and able to manage time and communicate clearly.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person and be able to work without visa sponsorship.
