Job summary

Jobot is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will inspect raw materials, components, and finished products, ensuring they meet specifications using calipers, micrometers, and CMM; and you will document results and communicate findings to the team.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing quality control, experience with schematic drawings, and proficiency in InspectionXpert.

Qualifications

• An A.A degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical or engineering field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control inspection within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematic drawings.
• Hands-on experience with precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM.
• Proficient in using InspectionXpert or similar quality control software.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to handle physical requirements of the job, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.

Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high-quality standards of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for inspecting and testing components and products, monitoring operations to ensure they meet production standards, and recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process. Salary: $26 - $32 per hour
