Qualifications

• 2-3 Jahre QC-Erfahrung in regulierten Umgebungen wie FDA QSR, ISO 13485.
• Erfahrung mit Klasse 2/3 Medizinprodukten; Kathetererfahrung von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Durchführung von Inspektionen an Komponenten, Etiketten und Werkzeugen mit präzisen Werkzeugen.
• Identifizierung und Meldung von nicht konformen Materialien und Initiierung von NCRs.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform incoming inspections on components, labels, tooling, and subassemblies using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and pin gauges.
2. Conduct inspections on rework, advanced components, and adhere to quality protocols.
3. Ensure all inspections and documentation comply with Good Documentation Practices.
4. Identify and report non-conforming materials, initiate NCRs, and follow containment and disposition procedures.
5. Maintain accurate inspection records and prioritize daily tasks effectively.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3+ years of QC experience in regulated environments such as FDA QSR, ISO 13485.
• Experience with Class 2/Class 3 Medical devices; catheter experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with inspection tools and basic computer applications (Word, Excel).
• Experience with tensile/torque testing and cleanroom procedures preferred.
