Job Title

Quality Inspector

Employment Type

Full-time, 4‑day work week (Mon‑Thu 6:30 am–5:00 pm) with overtime on Friday/Saturday as needed.

Responsibilities

• Examine material goods and products on the production line and approve or reject items based on engineering requirements.
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI), approving in‑process and final inspections.
• Conduct visual and measurement tests.
• Advise production leads/supervisors and directors on required adjustments or corrective actions.
• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs per company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete any other activities and duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of continuous experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze, read, and interpret blueprints, tapes, calipers, and other testing/measuring tools. (Testing will be administered.)
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Ability to recognize and report issues to appropriate departments, leads, or supervisors.
• Strong communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency for research and document review (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, remaining focused, energetic, hardworking, and dependable.
• Physical capability to stand 10 hrs a day, bend, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Capacity to work in a fast‑paced, non‑aerospace environment and perform multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Compensation

$17–$21 per hour.
