Heavy Industrial is seeking a US - Quality Ctrl Inspection, Hourly - lifting 30lbs+, machine operation in El Paso, TX. The role focuses on quality control inspections, documentation, and defect identification within a manufacturing setting.

The position is a full-time, first-shift opportunity (7am–4pm, M-F) with overtime as needed. Candidate must have a high school diploma and up to 2 years of related experience, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Basic understanding of quality assurance principles, manufacturing processes, and standard inspection procedures.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to perform routine quality-related duties.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections, testing, and evaluations throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet established quality standards.
• Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products at various stages of production, documenting findings and identifying defects or nonconformances.
• Assist in maintaining quality records and support efforts to improve processes that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Follow standard inspection procedures and use judgment to complete assigned tasks under close supervision.
• Adapt to changing production needs while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail.

Our client, Heavy Industrial is seeking a US - Quality Ctrl Inspection, Hourly - Lifting 30lbs+, machine operation to join their team. As a US - Quality Ctrl Inspection, Hourly - Lifting 30lbs+, machine operation, you will be part of the Quality Control team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and the drive to help ensure every product meets established quality standards.

Job Title: US - Quality Ctrl Inspection, Hourly - Lifting 30lbs+, machine operation

Location: El Paso, TX

Pay Range: $21.97 to $27.40 depending on experience

Shift: 1st Shift - 7am - 4pm (M-F), OT as busniess requires.
